Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Package Securely
Place the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
