What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened water products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Where do you ship to?
Altitude Water currently ships to all 48 contiguous states. We are working on expanding our delivery network to include Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations soon.
Is your packaging recyclable?
